LETTERS TO MIKEY
Dear Michael,
I was touched when reading the article in the Buffalo News about the Foundation you started. How giving and unselfish you are; you are a true gift!
God Bless You,
Susan Ippolito
Dear Michael,
The story of your generosity of spirit touched me more deeply than I can say. You are truly an inspiration. My hopes and prayers for your future good health go with this letter. The world needs more people like you.
Best wishes always,
Dorothy Nist
Dear Michael,
I read your story in the Buffalo News and I was so touched by it. Please accept this small donation to help continue the wonderful effort you're making to help sick children. I'm a former teacher and currently a School Principal in the Buffalo Schools and have had many of my students over the years fall ill and some unfortunately not make it. I'd like to make this donation in their memory.
I wish you continued improvement with your own health.
May the holiday season bring you much joy and happiness.
Sincerely,
Jan Polino
Michael,
We were truly moved and inspired by the story in Saturday's Buffalo News, and are enclosing our check as a donation to help you in your great effort for kids. Our youngest of six, Pam, was diagnosed with retinoblastoma in 1972 at the age of 22 months. She spent many weeks in and out of Children's Hospital (as it was then known), lost both of her eyes, but has conquered many obstacles and became very successful (she is now director of the Louisiana Center for the Blind) woman. She is now 35, married and an inspiration and role model to many. You are also inspirational and we hope other teens will follow your example. We pray for your recovery - good luck!
Bob and Carol Dubel
